Agreement on consent to the processing of personal data

Parties:
Customer (any legally capable individual or private entrepreneur who has ordered training services on the website https://www.koto-digital.com.ua) and the Contractor (Individual Entrepreneur Topchii Artem Oleksandrovych, registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations in accordance with the current legislation and who is a single tax payer) accept these provisions and agree to them:

Personal data - any information about the Customer, including their name, phone number, and email, as well as other information that the Customer specifies at their own discretion.

Processing of the Customer's personal data shall mean actions (operations) of the Contractor with personal data, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, and destruction of personal data.

The Contractor informs the Customer that all personal data of the Customer is used solely for the purpose of preparing and organizing high-quality services in the field of marketing preparation services.

The purpose of the Customer providing personal data and their subsequent processing by the Contractor is for the Customer to receive high-quality services from the Contractor in the field of preparation for web development, support, and optimization services.

The Contractor undertakes not to provide any personal information about the Customer to other private individuals and organizations.

The Customer grants the Contractor the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; indefinite storage, clarification (updating, modification); use; destruction; depersonalization.
